Shoppop lists products from third-party suppliers. Product descriptions, prices, delivery options, and availability are provided by suppliers and may change. Suppliers handle fulfillment and delivery unless otherwise stated. Shoppop is not the delivery provider.

5. Orders & Pricing

All orders are subject to supplier confirmation.

6. Payments

Payments are processed via third-party payment providers. By paying you authorize us and the payment provider to charge the chosen payment method.

We do not store your full payment card details.

7. Delivery & Risk of Loss

Delivery is managed by suppliers. Delivery timelines and fees are set by suppliers and displayed at checkout. Risk of loss or damage transfers according to the supplier's delivery terms.

8. Returns, Refunds & Replacements

Return, refund, and replacement policies vary by supplier and are described on the product page or the Returns policy. Report damaged or faulty items within 24 hours with photos.

9. User Content

By submitting reviews, photos, or other content, you grant Shoppop a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, modify, and display that content in connection with the service. You are responsible for the content you submit and must not post illegal, infringing, or offensive material.

10. Prohibited Uses

You must not use the site for illegal activities, to infringe others' rights, to harass, or to upload malware. Violations may result in account suspension and legal action.

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The site and services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shoppop disclaims all warranties, express or implied. Shoppop and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for supplier acts/omissions. Our total liability for direct damages is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Shoppop, its officers, and partners harmless from claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the site or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes will be resolved in Kenyan courts unless otherwise required by law.

We may update these Terms; changes take effect when posted. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
