  Suppliers are responsible for proper packaging to ensure safe delivery. Packaging methods may vary depending on the product.

• Payment on Delivery (Primary Method)

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): This is the primary payment method for orders within Nairobi.
  • Commitment Fees: For long-distance deliveries or specific high-value items, some suppliers may request a partial deposit or full payment before dispatch.

• Delivery Fees

  Shipping costs are determined by the individual supplier based on item size and destination.

  Standard Rates: Most deliveries within Nairobi range between KSh 250 – KSh 500.

• Inspection on Delivery

  For Pay on Delivery orders, customers may inspect items upon delivery before making payment, subject to reasonable limitations based on the product.
